The Cardinal Residents’ Association [CRA] is a Non-Profit Home Owners Association established for the benefit of maintaining the Cardinal Community common grounds as well as to adhere to the Declaration of Covenants created for the CRA. The CRA consists of the residents surrounding The Cardinal; a Pete Dye Golf Course.
