Contacting Owners
Just a beginner question for all you developers out there. When you find a piece of land you're interested in, how do you contact the owners? Do you send them a letter or postcard? What do you write? Thanks for the help.
Phone call if I can find him. Letter if I cannot.

Great forum! Im not new to RE but am new to developing. I have been interested in spec biulding for awhile.Seems to me this is where the money is.
