Seed and Aeration on Fleming Road
We are please to announce that with the CRA HOA dues paid this year, we are able to get aeration scheduled for September. Lawn Seed has gone up in price this year, and we were able to get a donation to help us out with the aeration.
We are also moving from scheduled lawn cuts to an "as needed" model. This should help out with the expenses over the next year. We are tentatively scheduled to trim the holly bushes in January. However, we won't be trimming the tops of the trees, but simply removing the debris and unwanted trees within the hollys to create a natural hedge. This also should be more affordable over the next year for the CRA HOA as well.
