What Type Of Insurance
I was just curious as to the type of insurance you have. I buy foreclosed homes fix them and sell them and would just like to know what type of insurance coverage you carry on the properties since the properties are not owner occupied. I currently have a umbrella policy just wondering what some of you have?

Foremost Insurance has a policy that specifically covers rehab projects. It's one of the better ones in the market. Tim
You will require a remodeler's builders risk insurance policy. I obtain my insurance through an agent of Zurich.

I like Foremost's because you pay for only the time you need. They do not short-rate or keep unused premium portion (there may be a minimum premium, but it is usually low), at least in the states we sell it.
