What are bird-dogs paid. Is it per find or equity %. I see ads posting a $5000.00 fee.
This is an individual thing amoung the investor and his bird www.dogs.I pay mine $500.00 or $1,000.00 according to how much information about the property they give me.Sometimes if the deal is very lucrative,I give the birddog a bonus.
