Novi MI REI Club
Hello,
I was just wondering if anyone attends the REI club held at the double tree hotel in Novi on the last Tuesday of each month. I believe the club is called "new real estate investors".
If you go, please tell me the good, bad and ugly about it. Is it worth going too? Will I be able to find deals that are only available there? Thanks!

I am in West Bloomfield but I have never heard of it, but I will go next Tuesday and check into it for you. What time is it held? Is there a cost?

I checked out the web site www newrealestateinvestors com and it says they meet the 2nd Tuesday of the month and the first meeting is free, otherwise it's a $100/yr. I've been wanting to get to it but my biggest concern is that it will be almost all Detroiters and I plan on doing my investing in Lansing...at least to start. I will definitely be there for the August meeting! But if you go next month, please let me know how it is and if it's worthwhile. My CPA highly recommended it.
