Newbie...2 Posts Deleted ?
2 of my posts in this forum have just been deleted. The 2nd post asked why the original was deleted- no response, and it was immediately deleted as well. No email notification from moderator(s). Can anyone other than a moderator delete a post?

Only a Moderator can delete a post.
This board is for real estate questions and answers, not for posting about why your posts were deleted.
You can private message anyone of the Moderators on the forum that your posts were deleted and show a copy of the posts so that a Moderator can tell you why it was deleted.
