That comment was as much about the implied tone of the response. THE PART THAT WASN"T IN CAPS. And it was right on the money, at least from my perspective.
You can always do hard money(65% ARV). This could end up being 100% financing if you are getting it for that much under value.
Otherwise if you can qualify there are some 100% noo programs out there. Check out the 'Lenders Section' of this site.
I take it you are very confident that you can refinance quickly for the full value vs. the sale price.
