I Want To Be Paid For Helping...
I've got a business opportunity that's a piece of cake and it involves me hooking a developer with a lender both that I know personally but they don't know each other. They both would greatly benefit from the deal and being able to charge for bringing them together would give me much needed cash to invest. All I have to do is the administrative part of submitting the application for the developer. For this I would get admin fees plus a small percentage of the loan amount. Can I do this without a broker's license? If so YEAH!!! If not what else does a broker do that makes you need a license to shuffle paper?
