I Just Found Out The House I Am Buying Is In Ch13
I just found out the house I am buying Is in a ch13 case but is being dismissed. The house was actually taken out of the plan on a motion of relief from stay back in 11/03 . Also the house was in forclosure but that case also got dismissed do to the rule 41( wrongful prosecution) Now I can't tell how bad the seller needs to get rid of the house. What should I do?
