How To Find Motivate Sellers?
hi!
hi! i just found a mentor who is willing to teach me and share with me some of the REI opportunities.
My job is to look and find potential deals for him. They already have a team who have experience and can put a good deal right away to work if i find the motivate seller.
i do not know how to go and find these motivated sellers.
Can anyone give me some advices?

I'd suggest buying John Locke's Big Bucks Bird-dogging e-book and looking through the Marketing forum here on TCI. Finding motivated sellers is all about getting the word out about what you do. (Marketing)

This may sound silly to you...but if you have a "mentor", wouldn't they tell you how to do this???? Isn't that what a mentor is for????
If you have found someone who said, "Find me a good deal, I will buy it and throw a couple of dollars your way", this is NOT a mentor. This is just an investor.
I mention this because you will be very disappointed and frustrated if you think you have a mentor (someone to talk to, get answers from, etc.) and it turns out they just want you to find them deals.

Bruce, thank you for bringing that point, actually he told me that i should start telling everybody i know, and later he will guide me through the process. The point is that i know some people but not too many people as i wish.
I already sent an email to all my friends, telling them exactly what i starting to do but i guess i should do more and i do not know what else exactly.
