How To Find Land Value
Hi,
I know somebody who is trying to sell their property (the house that was on it has been burned down) so he is trying to figure out how much the land itself is worth with no house. How are some ways to find out what land is worth in a certain town?

look into the legal issue of borrowing or have equity investors (SEC and blue sky rules)
Also, get everything of the partnership in writting.
Keeping everything legal is a VERY smart Idea. I agree!! My question is: can you bird dog from another state for investors????

Since you are Bird Dogging for your Brother In Law, albeit he is the investor in this case, there is no problem I see, that prevents you from finding deals and passing them on to him.

No my brother is working with investors in the CA area.....I just would be doing the work online of finding homes that have equity in them. I appreciate so much you responding.....
