Foreclosure Listings
Since this forum is for beginners I have a beginner question. I am currently getting the foreclosure listings from my real estate agent for my area here in Houston Texas. I know that some go to auctions and some are purchased on the courthouse steps. My question is when do they go to auction? Is it only after they fail to sell with an agent? Can somebody please explain the process to me so I know where to find the best deals. Thanks in advance for any help.
