Double Escrow
Has anyone done a Double Escrow with new construction in Florida? I have a home being built about 2 months from completion and price increases of $25,000 above what I've contracted to pay. I hope to do a double escrow and sell to a buyer without a realtor. Any suggestions/thoughts/advice?
