Corporation: What Type Should I Use?
I am a realtor and plan to aquire real estate. I would also like to build in the future. What type of corporation should I use? C, S, or LLC. I plan on registering in the state of Nevada.[ Edited by JohnLocke on Date 06/09/2004 ]
There have been tons of conversations on this topic, from what I saw there was no clear winner, Check w/ a CPA & atty, when establishing the business.
