Ca Jobber Having Trouble Finding Investors
Hello to everyone and thanks for taking the time to read this.
I recently started building a bird dogging business back in Oct. based out of Central Ca. but finding that Investors are hard to come by in my area. Ive searched for a local REI Club but my town does not have one. I drove around for bandit signs and nada.
Anyone know of other methods to building a buyers list or finding investors to work with?

Now why didnt I think of that? Thats so creative! I really appreciate your speedy repsonse too. I will try this technique and post the outcome to this string so that other bird dogs will have this wonderful info. This works with finding Rehabbers at a wholesalers level too right?
Posted my ad about minutes ago in the classifieds of a well circulated resource that sounds like craigslist.

Hello all,
Its been since ive posted. Last time I posted I had just tried using craigslist to find investors. I was able to find 2 investors from that source. I also used google and found alot of seasoned investors looking for property locators.
Total number of investors I found = 21
I called them and found out what types of properties and information the are looking for and now actively search for these properties.
I cant wait to wholesale!
