which do you think is best to on multifamily.... duplex, tri, four plex or to own single family homes..

also what do you think about interest only loans....

    The opinions depend on a number of criteria including, what your objectives are, how close you are to the units (long distance vs. driving distance), etc.

    With regards to loans - again it depends on your objectives? LT vs. ST hold, renting vs. flipping etc.

    I concur with flyboy. Just lining up a competent appraiser in multi-families will take at least 17 days...
