Finding Buyers
What is the best way to find investors for bigger properties? Do you think just putting an ad in the paper would work? Does a hard money lender only lend short term? I am a new investor and am trying to get lending set up ahead of time. Thanks for any suggestions that would help.

Thanks for the info. This week I have been out meeting with investor brokers trying to get my name out there on possible deals. If you are new and do not have a track record yet how do you get started? By teaming up with others that do have a track record or letting the deal speak for itself? I am trying to weed out the scammers from the facts. There are alot of cut thoat people out there. And by the way, what do you think about pre construction condos?
