Buying Land And Building Park
I live in So. Cal with extremely high realestate.. mobile home parks are at a premium Are there any books on how to build one.. you know space layout.. considerations etc.. I think this may be my retirement.
I moved it to the Commercial side since this is a commercial question.
Unless you have experience in both knowledge of mobile homes park & HCD and commercial development plus lots ... lots of money, time, and patience I highly recommend that you buy an established park.
Start with an established park.
Then when you get some experience in running & operation of the park ... you can go all out and build your park.
