Wholesaling From Another City Without Looking At House

I have heard of some very successful wholesalers who are wholesaling from a completely different city than where they are located. How are they able to do that?

    Thanks for taking the time to give me advice. I will run a ad in the local paper; however what other type of news papers or magazines should I target?

    Get a contract on a property and offer it for sale. The better you make it sound in a newspaper ad, the more buyers that will call you.

    Also, run a "we buy" ad in the paper, using your email address for responses. You will be offered many properties by wholesalers not sophisticated enough to hide their email distribution list. Add them all to your buyer list. Then when you send out to them, send out as a blind copy to all to protect the list you are building.

    We have built a list of over 600 investors/rehabbers doing it this way.
