Wholesale Woes

I am trying to find investors that know how to deal with wholesalers in the midwest and it has been frustrating.

I have heard of services that allow you to report your property to investors through a website does anybody have any suggestions?

Try posting here. Go to properties and follow the directions. You should find a couple of investors on this site smile
    Good luck!

Are you a member or your local REI club? They also have other investors and rehabbers who buy houses wholesale all of the time, or at least want to.

I'm not sure I understand your point of view on this. Investors are in this business to make money. That being said, they usually have no problems dealing with a wholesaler, if the deal meets their criteria for what they're looking for both in the property, and profit / ROI.

I believe that if you are having problems finding investors that are willling to work with you, then there's a distinct possibility that the deals you're offering them don't leave enough room for them to turn a profit with. It's not you that they're rejecting, it's the deals that you have offered.

What kind on numbers are you presenting them with? Let's look at some possibilities to try to get more interest when you talk to them.

    How do these numbers look?

    ARV $73K
    Rehab $5k
    Asking $45,500

those numbers are close, unless you're off on the repair estimates.
