Things Are Slow Because Of X-max

scr2001 profile photo

Hi guys and gals; Things are slow because all my contacts are going on vacation. Everyone is working Bankers hours because of X-max. Anyway I'm working on REI in Las Vegas and I'm looking for Birddogs or Wholesalers in Las Vegas or Henderson. Anyone interested please email me. You can email me to open up a dialogue or if you have something in inventory now, lets talk. When things pick back up after X-max I can bring you some leads as well.

Thanks

First of all, not everything shuts down for Christmas. It's a good time to take off and spend time with family and friends, however motivated sellers are still motivated. I've done deals during the holiday season in the past and if the right ones come along I'll do them again this holiday season.

Keep in mind, that while everyone goes to banker hours, so do most investors.

    scr2001,

The only thing that slows down in your area is your thoughts that it slows down. A little tip you should be farming the North Las Vegas area at this time of year.

On average during December it was a little off for me too as I only do 4-5 Subject To deals every December, but then I did not work the entire month only about 2 weeks worth.

One more thing from a Public Relations standpoint, no matter what your religous preferences are keep the X out of Christmas, some people are offended by this and in our business it pays to keep our best side up front at all times.

We are in a people business when it come to how we act and what we say.

    John:

I had no idea people get offended by that. Thanks for tip.

About North Las Vegas; do you mean the area of NLV that is really NW, or do you mean the heart of NLV which is pretty high in crime, and has pretty rough neighborhoods?

I dont think folks get upset, I think theyare just trying to say that things dont slow down, while they are running to get the deals that you let go by. I thought the same thing for a while, and I found out the opposite. The market has not slowed down at all in the mid-west. I am glad too! Good luck and go North!! Don't worry about the crime, it equates into CA$H!!!
