Short Sales-The Real Deal
There has been a lot of discussion on Short Sales as of late. I must admit, I was not sure if this method of investing was worth the time since it can be time consuming. I decided to try it out about 3 months ago with the advice of another investor buddy. Well, all I can say is that I do not regret it one bit. I submitted 5 offers within my first month and 3 of them were accepted. I was so excited that I never even followed up with the other two. I searched all over this website and on the net for information regarding constructing a Short Sale. I found the perfect tool that has taught be everything that I know so far. Unfortunately if I mentioned that the name of the website that I got the information from was ****Must Reach Freshman Investor status before posting URL's*** I will get banned. OOPS!!! All I can say is that it gave me awesome information that was easy to understand and apply.
Please let this one slide, I just have a heart for my other Short Sale investors.
