New To Forum
Hi Everyone,
I joined this forum on the 24th and been lurking, and it's time to intro. My name is Marv, live in NW Wi. and have owned rentals before(I moved) and want to do some real investing.
Joined the NW Wi. REI group, today purchased John Lockes bird dog and sub2 manual and want to start reseaching sub2's, because I semi comprehend what it takes to turn some deals.
I am however asking if anyone could direct me to a forum or book to learn more of the terminalology/ abbreviation/ slang that you people are using, to help me understand more on what your'e talking about. Example: REI(real estate investor) any lead would be appreciated.

just keep reading tci. the tci members will answer any ?'s you may have. the more you read the more self-effident the answers will be. by the way will come aboard and good luck....kenmax

I learned quite a bit by reading the REI program that I had bought and also by just reading through this Website and asking questions.
Put is this way, your in an REI group, you found this Website and you have John' programs. You're waaaaaaaaay ahead of most who struggle with getting started.

OTW, Thanks for the encouragement and I'm in the Rice Lake/ Euw Claire area. I'm starting marketing with signs and flyers this weekend to see what response I get here, and will go from there.
