Scott Rister Wholesaling Course
A few people asked me to keep them updated on this course a few weeks ago. If you still check in here, or those that may be interested. I am about 3/4 the way through, and yes I would recomend it to anyone looking to wholesaling. It is true that all the information is probably on this website in the forums if you want to search through, but buying a course definately makes things easier.
The only thing I was dissapointed about was it doesn't include a marketing system to find motivated sellers, but Im sure if you search the forums for info, you'll find my name asking questions with some great answers!!
What I liked most about the course is that he shows you how to develop a wholesaling business system and how to start it up and make it work. I'm not one who likes to spend money on books and cd's, but this being my 1st course has been a great investment.
I also have Ron LeGrand's Cash Flow System, which I plan to get into next. But I'll probably read through Scott Risters a few more times, and get more familiar and comfortable with a few things after I finish it up in the next few days.
