Help!!!!
I have recently looked at a mobile home that has been foreclosed on. I cannot get inside property but looking through windows everything looked pretty good. I am not sure what year mobile home is but there was a tag on back that started out with RAD followed by six numbers. Can anyone tell me if this will helpme out with year or manufacturer?? I'm pretty new at this and am waiting for the book "DEALS ON WHEELS" that i sent off for a week ago. Any info would be appreciated. thank's

for calling, you can go to the office of
the Mobil HOME Park and get any info
about the M/H including the year.

Mfg. homes have a sticker on the inside of one of the doors. Look for the VIN number and it will also state year of manufacture. Most lenders will not lend on units built prior to June 1976.
