we have alot of houses like that down here in tarrant county texas. when i saw a 20/20 special for houses in ca and saw how they looked I was really suprised a house that looked like th eone i saw went for 200+ .
But the FMV is correct, its for 154, and th elisting price is now 142

Nice house....I think the FMV you quoted is way low for that house. What on Earth is wrong with it?
House looks great, but you really need to figure out comps for the area that it is located.

Try the 120K figure. If they go for it then you have a winner (based on the info provided).
If they counter you will know a bit more about their thinking.
