Owner Financing Question???

I'm about to sell my house as owner financing. To cover all the angles of the contract should I hire a RE lawyer to draw the contract or is there a manual that I can buy and do it myself?

    Have a Lawyer do it. The money spent will be minimal but the piece of mind is priceless.
