Need Help!
I need some guidance. I have a 20x40 dw on some land that needs to be moved because the owner of the land is selling. The man who owns the 20 x40 canyon crest dw lived with 20 cats and the place is a mess everything works just needs a little clean-up. Now all I have to do is move it and its mine, should I finance or sell right out? cost to me $5000 I believe I can get $15,000 maybe 20. Any help is appreciated I live in California and this is my first deal with two others lined up like this.
I forgot to mention that its a 1990.
