I set up an appraisal with him because my company has him on their prefered list!
There is over 6 appraisal waiting to be returned. He will not call you back! Said that 720K looks good then 3 weeks later verbaly tells me 620K. Still no appraisal! I then said 670K min, he said ill work on it. Days of block id repeatedly calling, he says he cant do it, still no report! My bet is he took the money, went home looked at some comps at that time and said nope, and wrote nothing up.
Biggest problem, WE ARE business partners, If something goes wrong tell me! Worked too many hours after he new, for nothing
