Newbie Looking For Wholesale Properties In NY, NJ, CT
Hi, I am a newbie looking for wholesale properties in NY NJ and/or CT for rehab/flip. Ideally I would like a seller finance deal with a low down paymt. Looking to invest late Nov. early Dec. please advise if you have any properties that meet these requirements.

I am a newbie investor in NJ currently looking at a rehab. Although the seller is not interested in financing he will be leasing back for a few months guaranteeing cash flow (Though not positive). Any personal financing available that may allow for a partnership.
