Looking To Buy Fixer Upper Single Family Homes
Hello, I'm a new investor searching for a few, up to 4, single family homes (small bungalows and cottages) in San Diego to purchase that are in need of major or minor repairs (Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing). Considering all San Diego communities and locations.
I have the money, the team, the talent and searching for individual properties ($150k to $300K) to buy.
If you know of any properties available or discount resources where I can begin to search an email reply to this post would be greatly appreciated.

Have you researched the sheriff sales in your area. Many counties list the available properties on their websites. Also HUD has a list of properties available for auction/purchase.

Make sure you research the HUD properties. They are asking FMV for their properties and they still need work..
