What are the best states to buy from

iancarlin profile photo

I recently ordered John Beck's Free & Clear package but I'm still a little confused about which states (and counties) are the best to buy liens from. Now, from what I understand, the ideal state should have:

Over the counter sales to season the lien

Non judical forclosure/automatic deed system to avoid lawyers and other costs

As much info on-line as possible, preferably county records

Is there an ideal state?

This action proof to, win situation. This is a true artwork, which will be a success story.
The above statement is seen to be contradictory.

Start with the one you live in.

You have got to be kidding...

A response to this post ONLY 6 years after it was originally asked.

Why are you answering it now?

In defense of the two above posters.
I don’t know either one of them but when I first started doing this forum thingy I read the post, then either made a response, ask additional questions, or ignored. What I DIDN’T do was notice the date the original post was made. My guess is that they are doing the same thing. Therefore I give them credit for joining in the forum and they, like me, and with your help, will learn to notice the date the post was made.

I know you meant well with your posting.

But let me explain, in moderator eyes, why it seemed a little strange to see barbara789’s response after that thread being around for so long of a time.

    1. The original question was posted 6 and half years ago.

    2. That person, barbara789, was a first time poster, joining just before making that post and would have had to have searched for that particular post to be able to answer to. Since that post was so old, it was not on the left side of the site’s front page (Topics ‘N Comments) where a new poster would have easy access to answer. Also it would not be on top of the list in the Forum section. This post had to have been searched for.

    3. The response by barbara789 was gibberish and made no sense in answering the original poster’s question.

    4. barbara789’s post had to be edited for a rule’s violation by another moderator, who is very tolerant with the delete button.

    5. real_estate_now was just doing a normal and correct response to the original question and my remarks were not directed toward him/her.

So no, you don’t need to check the date closely in answering a post here (LOL), just don’t be an “idiot” like barbara789.

    Thanks for being here.
