We are looking to purchase luxury homes in price range of $1.5 million and above. must be in good condition. not looking for any rehabs. the seller sshould motivated. We are looking for GOOD DEALS. You like to work in the same price range as I do. I find most deals in this range are through bank real estate owned (reo) or sometimes called other real estate owned (oreo) department. They are sometimes handled through the loss mitigation department. I have also worked deals through the bank's compliance officer. When working with houses in this price range consider you may be holding the property for up to 3 years. It takes much longer to market a house in this price range.
