Does anyone out there have an effective letter that they send to homeowners with distressed properties? If so I would appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.
I have one with a border of pictures of houses and large at the top it says "WE BUY HOUSES". Then I go into what I can do to help and close in saying that I am able to pay up to 30% more than market value for their home. This of course comes from me taking a zero percent loan instead of 6% or so at the lower value. It generates a lot of calls but few are true modivated sellers in my experience.
