Investors? SE PA/Mercer Co NJ Area
I don't yet have any deals. However I'd like to compile a list of investors whom I can call when I DO have prop's under contract. I don't expect a HUGE profit--there'll be a very sizeable equity for the investor before I'll even consider calling. I'd like compile a list of each potential investor's wants/needs/abilities.
- How much equity would you require for me to call you?
- How much rehab (if any) are you willing to take on?
- Would you need to obtain financing?
- If so, how long will you need to obtain this financing?
- Any specific requirements of the property? i.e. number of BR, Baths etc.
- Anything else you can think of that I should know?
- How should I contact you?
