Have Buyer/Need House (Woodland Hills, CA )

Hi, I'm trying to help a friend out. For those of you in the SFV, he is looking for a halfway decent 3br w/ pool in a nice Woodland Hills or similar area. Something in the $400-$500K range preferably that he can get with some seller help. The feeding frenzy in LA county is making it very difficult for him to find a property that isn't already sold by the time he gets there, so if you are working on a deal that fits, please contact me asap.
