Confused Nwebie Asking Questions
I have been reading for couple days form the archive.
Some of the members here are saying that "You can assign your contract"
Some other members are saying that "lenders will not finance on assingned contracts."
My question:
How am i going to Assing a contract if the lender do not finance on assinged contracts????

Who is going to pay me ,my assignment fee ,the Byer or the seller??
How am i going to be paid by cash after the loan closes or at the closing(the lender will wrap my assignement fee into the buyersloan and title company will cut me a check at the closing)?)???
