Lis Pendens (Tampa)
Over a year ago, I was referred to a woman by the name of Penny that sells the Lis pendens listing for Pinellas county. I am now moving to the area and I am in need of her phone number. If anyone knows her number or can recommend me to some good listings, please write back. Thank you.

Try contacting a title company. They will often send you the list in exchange for using them to do your title work when you nail one of them down.
