I've only read through a couple courses. I think Steve Cook's course on Wholesaling for Quick Cash is the best. There's a lot of money generating information and good tips on how to protect yourself.
Best of all, it's pretty cheap. Very high value course.
I thought Dwan and Sharon's wholesale course was excellent. You can pull up information about it here on TCI. Ron Legrand's Wholesale/Retail also has is a good one. Hope this helps!
I think "Instant Cash Wholesaling Houses" By scott Rister is pretty good.
He also shows you how to wholesale a sub 2 deal which is the first time I've ever seen this in a wholesaling course.
The only thing about his course is it is all text. No tapes, video tapes or Cd's.
