"Tools" Link
at the bottom of the screen used to be a section titled "Tools". It was used for a Pro-Forma (?) type equation to get you in the ball park whether the property would give you a decent return.
I found my multi-investment this a.m. and while I'm sure it will make me money I'd like to plug the numbers in to see if the big "DON"T BUY THIS PROPERTY" shows up (as it did for almost everything I ever plugged in - even when I thought I had a good deal in the works)
so, was it moved and I just can't find it any longer or if it's done does anyone know anywhere else I can find something like that?
