Landlord Insurance
Does anyone have any leads on obtaining landlord insurance for a one family house that I plan on renting out in Las Vegas? I plan on holding the house in an LLC & have been having a little trouble finding proper insurance for a reasonable price.

You may want to contact the local REIA group in Vegas for a referral. Someone there should be able to point you in the direction of a REI savvy insurance representative.[ Edited by norrist on Date 06/19/2004 ]
You may have to look at commercial lines of insurance as well.
Thanks for your help. It looks like I will have to go with a commercial policy. I'll get the coverage I want, but of course it will cost more than expected.
