Advantage Of A 19.99/mo Subscription To TCI

vk_IL profile photo

What exactly will one be getting if they subscribe to this plan?

Will there be access to properties in foreclosure where owners are willing to sell (vs. cold calling foreclosures).

What exactly is the difference between $14.99/mo vs. $19.99/mo plans?

In 2006, we want to include these features:

    * More data storage for ALL subscribed users. This does not include the free account.

    * Favorites list, so that advertising a property through TCI will allow you to add in up to 1000 emails of your buyers.
This will allow brokers/investors to automatically send their properties to their buyers list through TCI and make sure they can get sold.

    * Because we are now using the www.PropBot.com database, we are still working on our spidering technology so we can bring in properties from all over the internet, besides just those that are being listed within our database. We are currently bringing in properties from all over the internet from 400+ websites on www.PropBot.com. There are still some issues that need to be fixed before it can be brought into TCI.

    Hope this helps.

To be correct. The "Revenue Stream" that your talking about has nothing to do with it. Sure they pay to advertise, but 98% of our revenue is from user subscriptions, not lenders.

TCI Forums are for documenting problems and solutions.

Asking for Lenders, will bring you a flood of biased opinions of what they think is correct. BIASED documentation is not what we are looking for.

The only way around this is to allow them to set up shop in the Lenders area, and to show what they can do.

For residential purposes, we also have to specify APR etc.

    Hope this helps.

Move it to WebSite Questions, because this has nothing to do with Multi-Family Investing.[ Edited by joel on Date 12/28/2005 ]
