National Grants Conferences
Has anyone attended a NGC? Is it worth the money? The conference explains how to get free money from the government. The only catch is, the program costs $999. I can't understand why people charge so much for these programs if the government has so much unclaimed money for these programs. Does anyone know anything about NGC? :-?
Joel, I attended and are a member of the National Grants Conferences, becouase I wanted to find ways to use other peoples money, and always wondered how people got funded to bulid projects on the local level in real estate. National Grants Conferances is a Private company that has nothing to do with the gov't ,they also are attached to "Proven Methods" of Power 2000, which is a so called higher level of real estate investing through mentoring, which I am also a member of , until the membership runs out. Theres a wealth of knowledge to grasp and many ideas that you may not thought were possible. National Grants is about giveing you the knowledge and so called tools on how to obtain a grant, and that you need to understand that the money given has to be funded from either the federal or local level and that there is a program out there that is funded for that project , like lets say aforredable housing ,senior citizens, housing for the elderly, Is your area or community in high demand for your project if not maybe theres no money there. and Is this what your looking to do? but theres all kinds of grants out there all for differant purposes as well. You need to find the knowledge and now how.
for my self its worth it if you put the time and effort into it, I work full time and was all gun Ho to dive in to it but i am looking to invest in property creative ly and have not taken action in using grants, I have the knowledge for a back bone and thats great,but will I evere use it ,well thats up to me. But they give you that option as well for a $24 00 fee you can reregister and use there services if you wish to write a grant proposal. I have also seen on the web where a lot of peeople who have attened found that they thought in there eyes they were getting ripped off. I guess only you can find out if thats the avinue your looking for. I have all info in detail not for publication. Evan
