Passing Leads To Other Out Of State Investors?

Where would one post a lead in another state? I've sent PM's to several members in the state in which the property is located, but was wanting to get more broad than that. I'm not prepared to purchase out of state property just yet. 8-)

There seems to be no mechanism for geographic sorting. You do not want to 'spam' people with blanket PM's and there is nothing that lets you focus things by regions in a forum.
You can list the deals in the property section. Though the site admins think this is very important relative to other forms of communication I have seen nothing as to how effective the property listing are for reaching buyers.
Maybe others will have better data and can share.

You should be able to choose another state when posting a listing.
