Water / Sewer Lien
I know this sounds self-explanatory, but I would like to be sure.............
If a property was issued a water / sewer lien back in 2003 and then issued a "water / sewer release" back in 2004, does that mean that there is no longer a water/sewer lien on the property?
That would sound right. I would check the public records to be sure.
Hi - I thought you had the option - not sure. What if you have 2002 - 2005 and 2006 is up for bid - then what? I should really check that out.
I was just wondering if bidding up on a property would make a person think twice about redeeming a property.
