Tax Lien Auctions

bulls071 profile photo

I am just begining to learn about tax liens and tax deeds. I have one a question if anyone if willing to reply.
I have come to understand that there at not many tax autions per year. However I am unsure how I require specific information about these auctions (where they are, how I can get involved, etc.) If anyone could help me I would be very thankful.

    Hi Bulls,
When I wanted to know how tax lein sales were done, I went online to the County recorders office and they had the information on all the steps to take. They are also printed in your local newspaper. Time, date, and location. Hope that helps. wink

Every state is different. You need to contact the tax collector of the state or the department of revenue.

Some states like Texas have sales every month in several of the larger counties. States like Arizona have sales once per year.

Just start doing some research and you will figure out when sales are going to take place.

    Best of Luck!
