Online Research Tools For Tax Liens

PosCashFlow profile photo

Hi guys. Anyone have any recommendations for online research tools for tax liens? Some colleagues are using KnowX which seems to be part of LexusNexus.

If you are using pay sources, what additional benefits are you getting than simply going to the county or town office to research the property/lot?

thanks.

I think the big thing w/ pay (good sources) is the accuracy of the data and the broad multi state coverage.

True, supposedly the info comes from county/town records. Have you used any online pay resources?

    yes..

I have used Realquest, dataquick, Westlaw.

Westlaw is harder to use, but has the most info. There are some coverage.

Your best friends in researching are google, google maps, taxsalelists, the tax assessor, and a title abstractor.
