No Man's Land
There is a parcel that is going up for sale for taxes soon. Tax dept. has sent notices out left and right. Problem is they have no deed book/page showing anyone with ownership, let alone the person they claim has title. Title search revealed the same...the chain of title cannot even be located! Went back 70 years and no nothing. So how do you but a tax lien sale with no deed book and page and no legal description?? I don't want the interest on the lien, I want the actual property.
