Do I Need A Lawyer?

dumuc profile photo
Hi everyone,

I am a newbie. I purchased a Tax Lien last year, and the redemption period is expired..I would like to forclose the right of redemption.
If anyone has ever been in the similar situation and using a lawyer to foreclose on the property?
What is the foreclosure process? And How much it costs for a lawyer doing on your behalf?

BTW, The property is in Maryland.

Thanks

Yes, you need a lawyer. You may have missed the deadline for filing a tax deed already. I would have consulted a lawyer before the period expired.
